Glutinous (or sticky) rice is not too difficult to cook by the steam method however requires a significant time to prepare (best to have an overnight soak).
This microwave method (credit: @loveslittlekitchen @charinyas_kitchen) is convenient and also produces a great result (much better than a rice cooker!)
