Weekday Meal: Chilli Jam Pork

A quick and easy midweek meal

Ingredients (1 serve)
Pork Scotch Fillet 200g
1 heaped teaspoon Maesri Chilli Jam (Nam Prik Pao)
1 table spoon Megachef Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon lime
1/2 bunch gai lan (Chinese Broccoli)

 

 

Mix dressing ingredients together in a small bowl

 

 

Pan fry pork fillet (4 min a side depending on thickness and cut of pork)

 

 

 

Pan fry gai lan. Cover cooked pork with dressing. Serve with Lion Brand rice!
