15 Minute Recipe: Chilli Jam Fried Rice


2 cups steamed Lion Brand Jasmine Rice cooled and refrigerated overnight
200g sliced pork or chicken
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup sliced onion
3 chopped red bird eye chillies
2 chopped spring onions
3 tbsp Maesri Nam Prik Pao (Chilli Jam)
2 tbsp Megachef Fish Sauce 





  1. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil on high, then add 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Then add 1/2 cup of sliced onion and stir fry for about half a minute.
  2. Now add 3 tbsp of Maesri Nam Prik Pao (Chilli Jam), and mix until the paste begins to melt.
  3. Add sliced pork and stir.
  4. Now add 2 cups of steamed Lion Brand Jasmine Rice (cooled and refrigerated overnight).
  5. Mix everything together whilst frying for roughly 1 minute, Add 2 tbsp of Megachef Fish Sauce, 3 chopped red bird eye chillies, and 2 chopped spring onions. Stir fry everything together for a final 1 to 2 minutes.
